We've got a kind of barricade in the Atrium, and if can't take people out, Yuui is using his powers to lead people away from there. Hopefully that'll work, because otherwise the both we and the enemy will have to deal with a panicked Lovi, and it's not going to be pretty.

Yeah. I don't think he'll physically hurt her, but emotionally? This is gonna suck.

Emotionally he's going to devastate her. Because he probably thinks he's doing this for her sake, in some twisted kind of way, meaning he won't listen to her. And that will hurt her more than anything.

It's sad. Lorna's dad's happy she's a mutant, loves her so much, and wants her safe. Yet she's probably going to have one of the worst relationships with her dad in the school, and we've got Morlocks running around here.

Exactly. God, I... I don't think he realized what he was doing, stranding her here without contact, leaving her to rely on us, and then attacking like this? If he actually thought she was going to be fine with that, then he's a fool.

I don't think he thought it through, either. She didn't know anything about the Brotherhood before coming here. How did he think she'd take it once she found out--because she was gonna find out, everyone's always talking about them.

Of course she was. It's all over the media, it's kind of... well, impossible not to hear "the Brotherhood" and "Magneto" relentlessly chanted over and over. [He makes a small, tired noise.] She didn't know about the media blockade around Genosha either. He'd kept her completely in the dark, and then he dumps her here and cuts all contact? What did he expect?
